'Tracing the Footprints of Satguru Ravidass Ji in History'

Satguru Ravidass Ji was born at the end of the 14th century and fought for equality and freedom from the oppression created by the man made caste system.

Satguru Ravidass ji is known by many different names in different regions and languages of India. Satguru Ravidass ji’ managed to cross the language and cultural barriers of India and become the saviour of the so called lower castes all over the nation

Satguru Ravidass ji is also known as Raidasa, Rohidasa, Ruidasa, Ramadasa, Raedasa, Rohitasa, Rahdesa, Rav Das and Rab Das in different regions of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh Ceylon and Nepal.

Research to be based on concrete footings; the basis of which will be drawn from the followings: Oral and written history, consensus of opinion and facts as compiled by scholars. The collation of information about Satguru Ravidass Ji’s life will be based upon historical records and scriptures which will be verified and supported by historians and proven by scientific means.

The output to be compiled in chronological order for the global launch in 2027 to mark the 650th birth anniversary of Satguru Ravidass for the global public to commemorate and celebrate together

The collation of information about Satguru Ravidass Ji’s life will be based upon historical records and scriptures which will be verified and supported by historians and proven by scientific means (e.g. astronomy and mathematics)
